Storm blows popular tour boat adrift in Portland Harbor

Workers and patrons on Portland’s Custom House Wharf were surprised this morning to find that the popular tour and party boat, the “Casablanca” had blown adrift during last night’s harsh weather.

A call to Casablanca Cruises was not answered, but witnesses said that the boat, floating dock, and gangway had all been reattached shortly after sunrise. Reports indicate that there was no damage to the Casablanca or any of the neighboring boats.
